The TUCS MOBILE FORM/FILL/SEAL LARGE FRAME PACKAGING MACHINE significantly reduces packaging labor and material costs. The Tucs vertical form-fill-seal is a simple, accurate, and easy to operate machine which forms a flexible lay-flat pouch that uses a film roll. The TEVFF-10L rolls the film into a tube and produces a seam with a final horizontal heat seal before separation with cutting blades. This versatile machine can make a variety of pouches and can readily accommodate wet products or a combination of wet and dry (two-part fills). Volumetric filling is accomplished by an onboard, highly accurate, repeatable, and gentle piston pump.

The TUCS MOBILE HOPPER CART is a versatile piece of equipment designed to transport and dispense a range of wet products. Its large, 30-gallon hopper can produce portions ranging from 7 to 38 ounces. The cart uses a method of volumetric filling, dispensing a specific volume of product regardless of weight. The 30-HOP features a horizontal mixing scraper agitator. This agitator ensures thorough mixing of ingredients, lifts heavy particulates off the bottom, and moves them to the top while simultaneously pulling floating particulates to the bottom. This results in a gentle mixing and folding action, ideal for keeping pumpable products in suspension.
