The TUCS TILTING VERSA VESSEL is a low rim height, tilting, trough-shaped vessel with a horizontal mixing scraper agitator for producing liquid, semi-viscous and viscous products (soups, sauces, stews, mashed potatoes, refried beans, etc.). This agitator lifts the heavy particulate off the bottom and moves them to the top while pulling the floating particulate to the bottom in a gentle mixing, folding action. The vessel has a 3˝ air-operated, flush-mounted drop-down valve to attach to a Tucs volumetric piston pump or other pumping devices. Pre-piped for single-point attachment to utilities and a complete integral digital control panel with a pendant-mounted digital HMI. This model is unique because it has recipe storage and verification using load cells. It also has steam injection with culinary steam for rapid cooking. This model has a spray ball or balls used for rinsing the vessel. The vessel can be sanitized with live, low-pressure steam.

The TUCS STATIONARY PASTA COOKING VESSEL is a low-rim height,
non-agitated vessel, ideal for cooking pasta and other starches
as well as for the blanching of vegetables. The trough shape
allows for a low profile for loading and cleaning, thereby
minimizing the need for operator platforms and pits. Interior
access can be further enhanced via a slide-out platform step
(150-gallon or larger.) Narrowed depth allows installation under
standard depth ventilation hoods. Space saving control panel is
mounted to the vessel to control temperature, water, and air
agitation. Overflow troughs piped to six inches above the floor.
The vessel has a 3˝ manual butterfly valve to attach to a Tucs
volumetric piston pump or another pumping device.
Cook basket and mobile basket cart are included.
The TUCS PACK TANK gently maintains particulate distribution for packing purposes. Used in commissaries where multiple cook kettles pump product into pack tank and use it as a mixing and holding vessel for packaging.
