About TUCS EQUIPMENT

Meet the team

Marty Tucs and his Food Process Equipment Team have earned a reputation over 30+ years for developing very innovative solutions to difficult food processing problems. With a 80,000 square foot production plant located in Princeton, Minnesota, TUCS Equipment Inc. can meet the equipment needs of food processors worldwide.

We have solved difficult cooking, chilling, packaging and product handling problems for huge multi-company world-brand processors AND for small regional packers and specialty processors.

In 1985 Marty Tucs started TUCS Equipment with a focus on volumetric piston pumps. Customer requests led to the creation of form fill seal packaging machines in 1991, followed by high-volume linear chillers, pack tanks and kettles for industrial food processors.

In 2004, TUCS began designing a Cook-Chill product line specifically for the food service industry and by 2008, Tucs Equipment had outgrown their manufacturing facility and moved into their 80,000 SF operation in Princeton, MN.

What will the next 30 years bring? Let’s find out.

Tucs equipment has helped me and my team to produced 26,500 meals daily within a 5-day timeframe. It’s effective, durable and reliable. As the newly appointed General Manager for Foodservice Partners of New York, working directly with the Tucs team is an added bonus. They are professional and always willing to teach about their equipment. Tucs is supportive and always helpful when it comes to what to do and how to do things with their equipment. From a 200 gallon kettle to a 200 gallon chill tank or the hot form fill bagger. No matter what it is Tucs has always been supportive of all of their clients. Marty Tucs

Chief Executive Officer / Industrial Process
After years of working as a general contractor building food processing plants and central kitchens Marty Tucs realized there was a huge need for versatile, simple and operator friendly cook-chill and packaging equipment for the food processing and food service industry, so in 1985 founded Tucs Equipment, Inc.

With Tucs Equipment under way Marty was able to developed the ideas he had into reality, that is how he designed a very simple manual pump fill station to be able to bag product with particle into pre-manufactured bags, later came a very affordable automated form fill and seal machine that companies would be able to purchase without being tied to expensive film contracts.

Marty Tucs mission is to manufacture well-built equipment taking into account feedback from existent customers when improvements are required and his optimal goal will always be to provide affordable cook-chill and packaging solutions for the food service industry.
